For this NSD challenge at My Pink Stamper, I chose to alter a wooden plaque. A couple months ago, I made an altered canvas similar to this for a friend who is getting married. I wanted to make this type of project for other family and friends. This will be the second part of my mother in law's mother's day present. I painted the wood...a couple coats and let it sit and dry while I worked on other things yesterday. I cut the name and "est. 1989" using Alphalicious, and for "Family" I used opposites attract. I used Mod Podge matte to adhere and seal this project. It was done late last night, but it was still drying. This is a quick and easy project that certainly doesn't look it!
