This is a birthday card for my DH, Jason...a Penn State alum and die hard fan. The inside reads "...here to wish you a happy birthday."
I used the following cuts (all at 4") from the PDDU cartridge to create this little Nittany Lion guy:
* One piece suit - outfit 1
* Ears - outfit 2 (reindeer ears, trimmed off the antlers)
* Tail - outfit 2
* Belly - outfit 2
* Hair - pirate boy (I trimmed this so it wouldn't stick out behind the ears)
* Scarf - Frankenbride (I trimmed all but one side and turned it sideways)

Love this card! it is so cute!
ReplyDeleteGreat job!! Can you tell me how you did his face??

In peach cardstock, I cut the paperdoll that has the face that looks like lips (I forget which setting/number), then I cut along the perforation so that he had that open mouth look. I taped a plain piece of pink cardstock to the back to make it look like the inside of a mouth. Other than that, the eyebrows and nose are colored pencil, and the eyes are just black pen.
